As one of the founders of Data Soft Logic, Enoch Cruz guided the creation and development of the company that is changing the way the health care industry tracks and accesses patient data at point of care. Data Soft Logic’s Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring the continuity for the company’s senior leadership and that the executive team possesses the experience, skills, and character required to achieve the company’s goals.


Jose Serrano – CTO

Senior level Software Architect Executive with 13 years experience in the development, design, and performance of software framework and related documentation, policies, practices, processes, and activities including revision control and integration of newly developed systems and application with existing systems. Diverse business experience with .NET programming, enterprise/backend system architecture, design and development, data transformation, solutions architect, customer service relationship, software development and management, mobile systems support, and product development.

Expertise in jointly developing and executing technology solutions that satisfy customer requirements. Technical leadership throughout the systems development life cycle including the design, development, and maintenance of server-side applications and related client interfaces. Managing and coordinating the development component of customer-facing technical resources to ensure that solutions are developed appropriately.

Grace May Briones – CFO

Public and private company CFO with over 17 years leading Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Business Development, Human Resources and Business Operations. Entrepreneurial, driven, entity focused on providing business and finance strategy.

Project engagements have ranged from reengineering the strategic planning process of the initial licensure application for the Department of Health
Services and International financial and operational experience across multiple business environments.

Ms. Briones is a successful, strategically minded, and results-oriented finance executive with expertise in financial planning and analysis,
capital project planning, P&L management, and contract execution. Ms. Briones is a CPA and sits on the Board of Data Soft Logic.

Jason Buenviaje – Director of IT

Senior level Network Planner with 13 years experience in leading network planning and developmental projects. Expert in data networking concepts with concentration in IP traffic flow, capacity management, network design, operations, and planning.

Solid technical ability of the deployment for the network services and network planning functions within the organization. Expert collaborator with business partners, IT managers, and IMG in relationship to delivery of lifecycle refresh strategy. Comprehensive knowledge of both the short and long-term enterprise-wide infrastructure and investment network communication needs.

Expertise in technical roadmap and product definition, deployment & strategy, publication of network refresh, and software upgrade schedules. Managing the long-term resource and employee development strategies to ensure company workers are equipped and available to support the execution of needs of the function.

Glenn Labaria – Director of Client Relations

Senior Level Sales Executive with 22 years experience in sales and client retention. Mr. Labaria has been with Data Soft Logic for 5 years functioning as a leader on the sales team building relationships and earning the trust of DSL Clients by consistently demonstrating integrity and reliability.

process. Team-centric in working with and implementing customer support problem solving and the management of client opportunities.
